Live Expert Session
Ready for anything An introduction to crisis management and communications
A crisis rarely announces itself, and the first hour usually decides how the next month reads. Sixty minutes with Cognito's Singapore team on what to have ready before anything happens, what to say while the facts are still moving, and how a story runs once it is online.

Led by the two practitioners who run Cognito's crisis and issues management work for Asia.

What separates an issue from a crisis, and the decisions that have to be made before one arrives.

Where the narrative actually forms, and how the two media environments feed each other.
Reputational damage
Practical steps to limit damage while it is happening, and to rebuild credibility afterwards.
Key questions
What has to be in place before a crisis starts — and who decides that something is a crisis?
How quickly does a first response need to go out, and what should it say when the facts are still incomplete?
